The focus of the Preschool for All (PFA) and Preschool for All Expansion (PFAE) programs is to prepare young children for kindergarten readiness and future school success. Serving children at risk of academic failure, our program specialists develop connections with families, empowering them to be active participants in their child’s educational experience.

Eligibility Requirements
Children enrolled must be three years of age to be eligible for enrollment and under 5 years on September 1st of the current school year, thus not eligible for a kindergarten program. The screening process includes having your child screened with the Ages and Stages Questionnaires-3, Ages and Stages Questionnaire: Social-Emotional, and filling out a list of eligibility criteria.
Samples of eligibility criteria are but not limited to: Eligibility for CCAP, TANF/SNAP, WIC, DCFS involvement, Homelessness, English is second language in home, prior Early Head Start enrollment, parent under 18 at time of birth, etc.
